About this Model:By establishing his ‘Forward Interception Plan’ Air Marshall Keith Park virtually eliminated further Axis daylight bombing over the island. NEW CASTING! On becoming AOC Malta in 1942 he acquired his own aircraft, OK-2. Park regularly flew this aircraft on visits to beleaguered airfields, most publicly at the opening of Krendi on 10th November 1942 when he performed a memorable beat-up of the airfield.
