About this model: Used in the Korean War, this American experimental design was identified as E8, so the M4A3(E8) became known as "Easy Eight." Various camouflage schemes were applied to the tanks and several units painted theirs with tiger faces and claws, not unlike the nose art of several types of aircraft during World War II. Features include a rotating turret, movable tracks and wheels, hatches that open and close an intricately-detailed crew's compartment and engine room. |
