International customers, please contact us for shipping charges. We ship everywhere except North Korea. We only ship international orders USPS First Class International or USPS Priority Mail for orders over 4lbs(1.8144kg). Economy shipping is no longer an option. Our system does not automatically add international shipping. Please contact us for for international shipping charges. If you place an order with an international destination, we will contact you with the shipping charges. If you pay with Paypal, we will send an invoice with the shipping charges. As an example, a small Model Power plane will cost $14.00 to ship to the UK or France. 2 small MP planes would be $20.00. Returns You must contact us before making any returns. Items that have not been opened can be returned for full refund within 7 days of receipt, excluding shipping and handling charges. Items returned after 7 days of receipt may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges. Exceptions are made during the holiday season. We will credit your account or send a refund depending on method of payment. Exchanges If an item is defective or damaged in shipping, send it back to us within 7 days of receipt and we will either give you a refund, excluding shipping and handling charges, or send you a new item.
