About this Model:

This 1/48 scale Hobby Master model replicates a high-speed PR Mk.XIX - the last Spitfire with elliptical wings and the last RAF Spitfire type in frontline service - flown by No. 541 Squadron, which was stationed at RAF Benson, on photo reconnaissance missions over Europe in 1944.

You get engraved panel lines; a fully outfitted cockpit with a removable pilot figure and a sliding canopy; a rotating five-blade metal propeller; three camera compartments (two beneath the rear fuselage and one on the port side of the fuselage); retractable metal landing gear; authentic markings, including D-Day invasion stripes on the fuselage; and more. 9¼" wingspan; includes a display stand.
